It would be nice if this was in color. So we could see the hair.

I love the meta message that different generations can share a variety of good things.

I have had this conversation several times. Being lucky enough to have started blond and then turned silver I don’t need to bleach out before color. I know one young woman who had used at least 4 colors the last time I ran into her. She said she didn’t have enough of any one to do a fresh job, so just used them all. It was honestly fabulous.

When I see tattoos I like, I compliment the person on them. A lot are too overdone though.

Something in common.

My wife’s hair has been white since her 30’s. She’s in her 60’s now and adds different tints and streaks to it. She gets compliments on her hair everywhere we go, makes me happy for her.

I used to get asked all the time what color I put on my hair. I didn’t. I was born with auburn hair. These days, I have to have it put back in. I suggested brown, but both my stylist and my daughter said no, keep it auburn.

When I was growing up, everyone wanted to be a beachy blonde. My natural hair color was near black. Mom’s hair was blue-black with a natural white streak over one temple, until she went salt& pepper. Dad’s was dark auburn until he died at 89. The closest I ever got to blonde was a scary, ruby red. But now that I’ve gone silver and added low lights of deep purple, I get compliments all the time.

I have had mousy brown hair since my blond hair changed to same while in elementary school. Husband had dark brown hair which changed to grey and then to what is now a lovely shade of pure white.

I just flat-out LOVE this one!!!
