Once went to an awards conference where a gentleman from NASA gave a talk about the Space Shuttle. He said there were always times in a mission when an astronaut would be standing in front of the camera with some sort of bolt (that had collected on the screen for the air circulation system) and asking Houston if it were a vital part.
2) I haven’t seen one of those kiddie rides around here in a long long time
3) I’m sure the last one I saw wanted a lot more than a quarter for a ride…perhaps the reason they disappeared, if it got too expensive to operate them
I wonder if it started out as a Boeing joke but the McCoys were worried about lawyers…

This must be a retro rocket blast from the past…
1) The shuttle program ended in 2011
