Just absorbing the lesson.
Hmmmmmm, yes..“conceptualising”
Big word for a small person. How old is Patty supposed to be?
That’s a big word for her
I always dream about grammar.
No pun in-tense-ded.
Why did the little kid put sugar under his pillow?
He wanted to have sweet dreams.
I dreamt of being a baker,
What type of dreams do hotels have?
Suite dreams.
Cheer up, sleepy Jean
Oh, what can it mean
To a daydream believer
And a homecoming queen?
(The Monkees)
Call it what you will.
Oooooh, good one. I’ll have to remember that.
She’s got good vocabulary.
Daydreaming, Musing, Pondering, Contemplating, Conceptualizing:
Can any word fully reflect what’s going on in one’s mind?
So she’s not a Daydream Believer?
Conceptualizing something other than the lesson.
If your using “conceptualizing” correctly in a sentence at your age, you’re doing ok.
At least Peppermint Patty isn’t falling asleep in class this time.
Nice one, Patty! That might actually fly with a teacher whose vocabulary consists of “Wha……wah…wah…”
Nice rebranding work, Patty :)
Good comeback. Peppermint Patty has a talent that could be useful as a press secretary/public affairs officer.
I loved those desks! The top pulled up and your books fit neatly inside! ;)
Crossword puzzles are educational, right Patty?
Oooooo. I like that answer….
me too! – I was just concep…… canceptue…….concaptu….. OK. I was daydreaming. Darn vocabulary.
That’s what is known as “spin”
Ideating!
Give her an A+ for knowing that word and how to use it.
Maybe the teacher is a really boring speaker
I think there are heavier dreamers in the class than her
I have to remember this! I just wish I had noticed this bit of wisdom when Charles Schulz first published it!
I hear ya Patty, Me too!
She was lost in a reverie.
Give her extra credit, teach. She’s good for it.
I love “Conceptualizing”!
As usual at least she’s being honest.
I did a lot of “conceptualizing” as a kid…just not in class!
