We’re dealing with an inconjunct, here. You’re about 5 signs apart and are creating unease and a need for adjustment. Time to straighten up and fly right!
How about the 19th century fancifully constructed pseudo-Latin verbs like “absquatulate”? There’s a TikTok video discussing these words by Jess Zafarris that you can find by searching for “zafarris etymology of absquatulate”.
The only Scrabble playable words from those discussed in the video are “bloviate” and “discombobulate”, along with the older word “flabbergast”.

It is indeed a playable word. Sadly, it is an arrangement of eight letters.

Sure. But can you use it in a sentence with its actual meaning? Roll the dice to find out.

Disqualified for making extra high-point letters and vowels with a concealed wood burner stylus. So that’s what the smell was!

This would be a good word for a spelling bee. (If the speller asks that it be used in a sentence, just say: The Pentagon’s shape is not a quincunx.)

Quincunx is good. Jequirity is better. But if you spell “Chuck Norris,” you win the game. Forever.

I did “the” once. But I had to borrow the ‘e’ from another word on the board.

We used to play Scrabble with 2 complete sets of tiles, so words like “QUINCUNX” AND “QUINQUEFARIOUS” were a distinct possibility…!
( we first had to agree on how many tiles we could draw before the start … 2 trays allowed )

Reminds me of an episode of Cheers when Woody said “font” in front of his mother and she made him wash out his mouth with soap.

No quincunxes in the picture. The X and the Q could score big.

My ex-housemate was an English teacher and she would beat me at every turn while I was trying to come up with something other than literally “barf”.

Learned a new word from the Little Lame Letter, but it has 10 letters and I don’t even have a Scrabble® partner for years now,
