Busy time of year. The weather can’t decide if it is still summer or not.

N’vu den? It means moving the winter closet to the everyday closet and vice versa!

Janis is back to brown hair in today’s strip.

Back to gray on Monday?

No long sleeves in Phoenix now. Here in the cool mountains of Arizona the highs have finally dropped below 80F on the last day of September, but it’s predicted to be 108F in Phoenix today.

Autumn has that Love Bite on me…

Of course he’s not excited about it. If he’s wearing long sleeves then Janis will be wearing bulky sweaters that cover up his preferred view.

Janis does look better with the auburn hair.

Here, it’s still hurricane season (hello Milton!), so we are wearing windbreakers.

Why would he be?

Yesterday, we threw an outdoor birthday party for our (now!) 10-year-old. Really nice weather all day, great for grilling hot dogs & burgers! Kids & dogs running around! Okay with me to go back to long sleeves after THAT 24-hour miracle!

Be an onion…dress in layers and remove as necessary…yesterday it was hoody & sweatsuit [40s F]to swimsuit [70sF] in under 4 hours

Still in the upper ’70s here in central Virginia. Missing sweaters.Please pray for all affected by these hurricanes. Whole houses have been swept away. People are stuck in washed away towns with no bridges to be able to leave.

where’s the grey hair?

I wear a floor-length sweatshirt until about 11 am—-then I change into a floor-length muumuu. I’m all about comfort ;) (like Mrs. Roper)

I’m really not quite sure why anyone would enjoy and be happy having to cover up from the cold weather. Quite frankly, I despise the the winter’s cold weather chilling me to the bone…though from what I’ve heard, the cold weather is quite welcome to those experiencing hot flashes. However, my physique just doesn’t fall into that category. I would think Janis is past that episode in her life?

I have dozens of themed T-shirts, which I wear as undershirts in cooler weather. So, if it gets hot, I just take off the long-sleeved shirt.

It’s 52 here this morning! Long sleeve for sure!

I just bought a long-sleeved shirt and it felt strange after 25 years of being a Snowbird it is the only one I have.

Why would he be?

working on Legion storeroom today, 8c, back and forth the van/workshop, so long sleeve pullover a necessity.

The concept of actually putting clothes on in the morning is quite off-putting.

Not a big deal…..

He hides his elation well.

Northwest PA here. This week to be in the high 50’s. Today’s paper has article about nude camping, Sheeesh!

Ummm, should he be? Maybe it’s something us guys don’t get.

Men are not as given to sartorial thrills. :)

In Omaha, we were in the 80s last week, and today it barely made 70. I few weeks ago, I moved my long sleeved shirts to the front of the closet, but have mostly reached back for short sleeves. I changed to long pants, and that doesn’t change from day to day, but the shirts do.

She never even said thank you….

I’m more excited whenever I can wear LESS clothing – not more!!

Nothing exciting about having to put on more clothes to be warm
