It’s times like these where I wonder if Marigold has a British accent or an American accent. No doubt, it’s flamboyant! The same question can be asked of Florence.

We all care about her. That’s why we’re here.

Considering which part of her is stuck, would that be,

saving face?

I mentioned before that Dana said she pictured Jane Krakowski as the voice of Marigold, but when I brought it up on Blue Sky recently, Dana said she had a friend who was a well-known VA who really wanted the role too.

If I had to guess, that friend would be Nicole Oliver, the voice of Princess Celestia in FIM, because she and Dana did a reading of the Lisa Ladybug storyline a few years ago with Dana as Phoebe and Nicole as Marigold.

She also said she pictured Matt Berry or Cary Elwes as Lord Splendid Humility, and Nick Offerman as Todd the Candy Dragon.

This is where the Brothers Grimm got the idea from. Though it’s less ‘Grimm’ and more ‘try not to laugh’.
