In PA, a cargo van gets truck plates, not passenger car plates. A passenger van is considered a station wagon and gets a car plate.

I’d say it’s gonna lead to an epic car chase, but traffic is already pretty bad from the looks of it.

They could leave the car there, do a 10-minute chase and go back without messing up traffic.
