Virtual reality.

Right now, it’s 28 degrees in Philadelphia, with an expected high of 41.

An awful lot of snow around today. Strips are drawn up weeks in advance.

That looks like the Philadelphia of my childhood – the snowy parts, I mean..!

Ten days ago, it was cyclone bombs 1, 2, and 3. Sub-freezing this morning at 4:36 am. Ditto until Thursday night, then warmer and more rain. Rarely snows here.

Sad in my opinion

when you can’t get the real deal, gaming is your next best option. ;)

The only kind of snow fun these years…..

Virtual reality is no substitute for the real thing.

Cecily Tynan of 6abc Action News weather said that Philadelphia now has the climate that Richmond, VA had 50 years ago!

That was a huge snowman. I remember the fraternities and sororities at the University of Vermont would build snow sculptures like that when I was a kid. Or did it seem like that?

I’m completely confused by panel 5. There’s no was tiny children could build something so much bigger then themselves. Now it sounds like the whole strip is supposed to be virtual reality? I thought those were ski goggles they were wearing. At any rate that silly panel was a confusing distraction.
