Timing; Just this Christmas eve an LED spot light over the kitchen started flickering at about two flashes a second. High ceiling, lugged big ladder from shed to kitchen, of course it’s raining, A fixture spring goes flying across the kitchen. I botched the fixture somehow. Wires and tin and springs. A good half hour trying to get it back together. Then no exact replacement for the light bulb. Wife helped, she is so better tempered. I am now sitting with ice pack on my back and Tylenol in my belly. But the Christmas lights look good outside and it is warm inside.

I only found one (of seven) chiropractic offices in Sparks, Nevada that says they’re open on (most) Wednesdays, but only until 9:30 (and in the afternoon). But I’ll bet my left elbow this is not true on Christmas! And the closest one to the Pickles is definitely closed today.

Your back wouldn’t hurt if you did those exercises every day!
