Tracy’s P.3. look can be something to find unusual and quirky or the precursor to him going out and doing random shooting in a crowd. Dick bides his time while waiting for Sam to dig up the goods, goods he can then take credit for.

Good Boxing Day morning™, everyone!

I’ve been busy the last day or two. Anyway, the MCU team is hard at work. It seems that the pieces are gradually starting to come together.

Circa 1945/6?

Well, the story is winding down fast. Let’s review. We can be pretty sure Jr killed Stroganoff. How did he manage the miracle murder – ESP & impossible coincidence? Why was a freelance terrorist in Tracy-town? What was he after? Why was he carrying a fake Totten ID? Was Stroganoff drunk when he was acting erratically or was he doing it to be picked up so Totten could murder him? Were his words random drunken ideas, or foreign words that sounded like random English? How did Jr. recognize him as a threat? Was this a random murder, or is it somehow connected to what’s in the tower? What is in the tower? Why are the Tottens keeping it hidden? What it have to do with the Nazi past of the first Totten on this side of the pond? Is the original Totten, at 127, alive in the tower and Stroganoff was working for the Mossad to get him deported for war crimes? Is what is in the tower connected to crime in any way or is this all just a shaggy dog story?

I’ve missed a few points in the list. I feel like the storyline has missed more.

TRACY: I’m not ready to go to quizzing yet. When I am, I’m torn between CONCENTRATION and WHAT’S MY LINE.

And Dick will just sit there looking thoughtful.

It seems like Tracy and MCU have been reduced to consultant type investigating. Other departments (Homicide) come to them for their expertise. Safe work in law enforcement when you can get it. No one gets shot at anymore.
