Leaving the house for a walk every time my spouse has a case of “the grumpys” helps keep me in shape. And it works just as well when I’m the one with the “grumpys”.

When their hubby is watching a game and something not good is going on between the two of them, most women I know would just leave and do some shopping. Retail therapy has amazing powers to calm oneself.
