I’m with Frazz.

Janus can talk about each other but not with each other. When one looks down to scroll on the phone the other looks up and dreams.

It’s pretty sad when you don’t know when your ‘going’, but it’s really depressing if you don’t know your ‘coming’

I wonder how Frazz gets any work done with these kids always talking to him. In my schools, the janitors did the main cleaning after hours since they couldn’t during the day with the kids there.

We all can relate. Janus is likely the most appropriate namesake for any month on the calendar.

With the pace of the current world, it’s amazing anyone can keep everything straight. We’re on information overload.

I have a calendar w/ meetings and todo items. Now if I could only remember which day is TODAY. (Yes, I’m retired… and yes, I have a way to look it up online or on-wristwatch… but that’s effort and not always possible).

Originally the turn of the year was between February (the “purification” month) and March. Which is why December is etymologically “the tenth month” (Latin decem “ten”).

The word “janitor” also comes from Janus – the word originally meant a doorkeeper, somebody who sees you coming and going.

Frazz should relate to Janus, because Janus was the doorkeeper of the year, opening it so the new year could come in. The word “janitor” comes from Janus, because a janitor was originally the doorman to a building. Then somebody decided that while the janitor was stadning around waiting to open the door, they might as well make use of their time to clean up the building.
