Today is the 25th anniversary of the passing of Charles Schulz. He revitalized the world with his beautiful strip, that still makes an impact in reruns today. And even though Peanuts haven’t seen an original strip in 25 years, at this point, their legacy will continue to live on. So I’d like to take today and thank this man for all that he did, he was able to do the same thing over and over again for 50 years… without repeating himself.
Children have their morals in order and then school teaches them so called priorities which is really selfishness. Walt Disney should have influenced school.
Today is also the birthday of Abraham Lincoln. We should also celebrate George Washington on his birthday (February 22). Both men were superb Americans.
Carry a broom with you next time, and sweep the ground ahead of you so you don’t accidentally step on any more bugs. I think I recall reading that Jain priests do that.

Peppermint Patty doesn’t need to ask for an “F”. She earns them fair and square.

Patty accidentally stepped on a bug while walking to school, my grandson would have stomped that bug intentionally, just being a boy.

If the bug was green and named Jiminy, we’ve got a problem…..

Maybe you could make up for it by bringing an ant farm to class.

Peppermint Patty is be far my favorite Peanuts character. Moments like this only demonstrate how complex a character she is.
