There are all sorts of cruds floating around schools these days. I talked to a school nurse who told me sheâs had a steady stream of flu and viruses. In my daughterâs house, one of the grandkids comes home with a bug and it circulates throughout the family.
Definitely needs to be categorized under âKids Say the Cutest Things.â
When my son (now 36) was six years old, I took him to our doctor. During the visit my son asked me, âIs the doctor a hospital?â I explained that no, the doctor is a person who takes care of people when theyâre sick, and that a hospital is a place where people sometimes have to go when theyâre sick, and that doctors also take care of them there. Our doctor complimented me on my straightforward and age-appropriate explanation.

The Doctor learned in med school that he can charge more if he calls a cold a rhinovirus.

I hope they gave him something so he doesnât grow a horn on his head. Do rhinos blow their horn when they attack or just sneak up and surprise you?

Everyone knows âRhinovirusâ doesnât come from zoos. It happens when a person gets a bad nose job.

Aww⊠Wilberforceâs conclusion makes me sad. Evidently the âBorn Loserâ gene pool is very deep. I know the one I am in runs deep!

Good one Chip! Mom and dad had better. Keep a close watch on him and take him back to the doctor if he starts growing a horn.
