Biggest wind “chimes” my Wife and I ever saw were on our way back home after vacation in Arkansas. Hanging from a tree were five 20 foot aluminum irrigation pipes.

Not so much “wind chimes” as a mobile, but two things can be true.

Well if you think so, but I must say the sound is less irritating than it looks.

You can bet they don’t have an HOA!!!!!!!!!!!! Bleeb? Are you in a painting today or are the windows dirty because she spends all her time dusting the “wind chime?” :)

The hardware store by my house has a few nice but expensive ones, artsy and metal, I love the way they sound.

and to add to the ambiance, she has Danse Macabre by Saint-Saens playing over the stereo…

Walt’s a bit creepy.

I generally love wind chimes, when it is wood on metal, but bamboo wind chimes just sound like clacking bones from dancing skeletons. I hate them.

This will make for some humerus anecdotes.
