Sometimes too much spice ruins it. While some people like food that peels the skin off the roof of their mouths, I’ve never found that to be an enjoyable experience.

I hate how nearly everything now has to be “hot”, “spicy”, etc. I prefer my food to taste like food…not burning my throat out.

I have a lot of respect for Thai food. I like watching the show Hot Ones, my favorite was Charlize Theron.

Vicki can be a lot of fun, but there’s no denying that she is utterly self-centered. Never occurs to her that neither Jimbo nor Pasquale appreciate having their taste buds burned off. She should save it for mother-daughter lunches.

Jimbo should take Pasquale out to their local diner and leave Rose to enjoy that huge pot of spicy soup in solitude.
