Baseball is so broken. It needs a hard cap, like the NFL. Or at least a soft cap, like Basketball. Something!

Maybe the Hanshin Tigers should join MLB. Get some new champions around here.

Still say some Cubs fan in 2016, not realizing it, made a deal with the devil to win the world series, causing the world to become bazzaro world. So, until they lose a world series, we’re stuck here.

In the 1950s it was the Yankees. Dominance does change hands. On the football side, we may be seeing a power realignment after the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

If “all the talent and money” were really true, the Yankees would have won a lot more World Series the past two decades.

I used to run a Salt Mine in Cleveland, OH. We were owned by a Dutch company. Shortly after they bought the company they came over for a visit. After work I took them to see what was then called the Indians. After explaining balls, strikes, fouls, the infield fly rule, on and on, one of them turn to me and said, “you Americans have a very strange game.” I told him, “Anyone who has Cricket has no business calling anyone else’s game strange.” There was dead silence in the Box, then he turned to the rest of the Dutch group and said, “You know, he has a point. . .”

Baseball has gotten boring especially with the dodgers. No interesting rivalries anymore. Soon the dodgers will have to pay teams to come and play against them just to get fan to come to games.

Usually the other way around. Sometimes I like to throw a Twinkie’s pie into RJ’s face!
