I kinda feel bad for Gina but she does not know that her being a little too smart will make her not have friends

I’ve already swore off relationships before I even gave them a chance. I’m still much happier this way.

There is an tiny chance that they will suggest Gina a friend if even still possible everyone in the school don’t like her already

Wow! This is one of the deepest, most emotional and raw arcs Lincoln has ever done and I’m here for it!

Gina’s words in the last panel instantly made me think of Somebody’s Somebody by Christina Aguilera

I am really impressed with the writing so far! If he pulls off the ending, this could easily be arc of the year! I do wonder though… Surely this is building to Gina either getting a romantic relationship OR a first meaningful friendship. But who?

It can’t be Chad, who doesn’t like her and is dating Kim. It can’t be Artur, that just flopped. It’s not gonna be Francis or Teddy, let’s be real.

Only options that feel like they have even the tiniest chance are Nate as a friend (and that’s like .0% chance), maybe Randy (but that would either require two mini redemptions OR making Gina still a massive jerk which would kinda spoil the arc a little) or, like, Dee Dee (she WAS gay in the show but we have no idea if Peirce approved or just didn’t care, so a friendship seems more likely, but even then).

I wonder if Gina has always felt this way but she just hid it deep down. And also, it’s been a while since we’ve seen Nate, Teddy, and Francis. Not once have we seen them on this arc.

Dam, Gina is depressed! I cough actually feel cough cough bad for her! COUGH! 6/10, Gina is lowkey reminding me of myself. I’m smart, if I do say so myself, and I’m not anybody’s somebody. I do actually have friends, though, so that’s what sets us apart.

dang, talk character development this is one of the only times I truly relate to Gina, Lincoln knows what he’s doing.

Back then I thought that a love interest for Gina was unlikely in this arc, but now, seeing this comic I think it’s now totally possible

What’s with pop culture expecting romantic relationships of younger and younger people? Now kids of 10 or 11 feel bad if they’re not in a relationship? Let kids be kid-friends, and allow romances to happen as they grow up.
