Lucy: So you think good behavior makes people invisible? Danae: Sure ... picture the first celebrity who leaps to mind ... Lucy: OK ... Danae: Now was it their talent that brought them to mind, or was it because of something bad and stupid they did? Lucy: Um ... oh, dear ... Danae: OK ... now name a celebrity who you only know for their talent Lucy: Oh dear oh dear oh dear ... Danae: I rest my case.

The most prolific talent of movie stars is patting themselves on the back, or each other on the fanny, for merely doing what they are overpaid to do.

Harrison Ford. He pilots his helicopter for search and rescues and he has been known to fix the cars of random strangers broken down on the side of the highway.
I can’t believe someone mentioned Halle Berry, after the whole ‘kiss my black ass’ hissy fit that wench threw on the set of x-men. Oh and her only talent is in hollywood skin flicks.

If Danae thinks good behavior makes people invisible, she’s obviously never had to fill out a tax form.

@Gweedo: You are invisible. Couldn’t see your comment.
@Nozzi: Nice compilation. You don’t seem all that “invisible” yourself.

Why would anyone equate “acting” and “talent?” Maybe Albert Pujols or John Smoltz, people who can do things other people cannot do. Maybe Tiger Woods. That’s about it.
Dirty Dragon almost 16 years ago
Good job, commenters.. Now in fairness, Mr. Wiley has a point that if you went by what you heard on the “anything for a buck” media, Danae is vindicated. But just because a whole bunch of “boring” celebrities aren’t in all the tabloids, it’s not that they don’t exist.
