I’m having a hard time following this.

The hand in the third panel is missing a pinkie.

…And what’s up with the missing Brenda strip?

“Varmint” has an “n” in it.

You Know, just when this strip takes one step forward it takes three big steps back!

But Leland, how can you know how badly the strip stinks, if you don’t actually read it? BTW, the comments are indeed the best part of this strip.

I agree with the count and his brilliant avvie. You need to read the strip, if only to put the comments in context.

Jack’s going to wish Tracy a happy birthday! SURPRISE! Well, that or he’s going to monologue when any of ten cops could be sneaking behind him, ready to (impending bad pun that isn’t card-related) blindside him (ah, I’m terrible).

Meanwhile, in Panel 3: B.O.: “Legitimate question to wife!” Gertie: “Meaningless non sequiter!”

This all makes perfect sense if I don’t take my medications.

One has to assume that Brozman is in an awful hurry to see the back of Dick Locher on his way, if we are to judge by the rush he is in and the many artistic flaws he has, ”tripping” over one another. First a GONE mustache then a back ON one, and it keeps on changing.

But that Racoon trap takes the cake! It seems to have been given a MIND of its own. May 10th on LEFT hand, May 11th, 12th and 17th on RIGHT hand and back to what seems the original LEFT hand today. If it is, it isn’t the “pinkie” missing but rather the left hand’s THUMB (?) Jim’s errors seem to be “slippimg” out all over.

Don’t wish to ring any “false alarms”, but something new may be brewing on the future of the strip again. A team which made a presentation to TMS to do DICK TRACY about a year ago, seems to be getting all “excited” to make a fresh try ! Now just what could have stimulated that so soon after all the recent TMS fanfare to re-launch the strip, featuring “Jimmy the Slip”?

Notice that the new GO Comics board has paid it’s memers a compliment. Looks like they were not inclined to accept that “slime” phrase Mattie dropped on me two months ago, just before he left in a huff and going on to do his stint in “Anger Management” !

Previously, members were designated as “PROS”, but now they’ve all been “promoted”. We have to be thankful for the wisdom and precient vision of poster “DLisagenius” who’s pen name must have been the source of inspiration to (Liam?) the board to have us all promoted to the same high level as our esteemed Author ie “GENIUS” !

I’ll bet someone out there is sorry he left now !
