Well Kevin Costner’s scene was cut in Silverado and look where he is now.

Is Elwood now regretting having Miss Tiff in the film???

She’s keeping a stiff upper lip while crying, so I kind of feel sorry for her.

I remember reading there was a Harrison Ford scene cut in “E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.”

I think Elwood just set her up in the movie to appease Tiff"s ego. He knew this would all take place. Tiff needs to find someone who can bring out the best in her….she needs to find a cause…

Incredible optimism, or incredible stupidity? I’m leaning towards the latter.

I bet right now Tiffany s regretting her time on the casting couch with Elwood.

“8 Seconds!” Yup, quite a career in the flicks, there, girlie!

Nooo!!! Oh well, one thing about Tiff is she bounces back like a tennis ball.

But she did have a scene with Zeye, so she was not being over the top about being in the film. .Shame it got cut.

Is he saying that she can’t act? A bit like Liv Tyler in the Lord of the Rings. Many of her scenes were cut.

hmmmm….almost starting to feel sorry for Tif…kinda like watching soap bubbles pop..pop…poppopopop……

I rarely feel sorry for Tiffany, but this is one of those times I actually feel badly for her.

Still, it got us away from the Quill is gone storyline. Greg seems just bound and determined to kill off any chance at romance Luann gets.

We don’t yet know what Greg Evans meant in his blog about “being off his game”. It could have referred to his rapid breakoff of the Quill character. At any rate, it will take weeks to conclude the strips that he had already drawn and submitted. so it will probably be September before his revised approach begins to show up. As I said in another commentary – not about this strip: “…they also serve who only stand and wait.” – John MiltonWe’ll wait to see what he serves up.

In her mind, she has a cause…herself.

I am deeply saddened that Tiffany’s biggest amphious fan, the Clyde, is not commenting over this sweet storyline. If he’d just look up from his Archie collection he’d see the Farell Zeppelin ablaze.

In other words Tiffany, you are less important than the person who drives the food truck who provides cookies for the lady who hold the coat for the guy who provides sandwiches for the woman who made the face mask for Zeye. But what a great start! They surely couldn’t have done it without you. Weakest link thing.

Poor Tiff. I agree with kfccanada, she needs to find a cause.

Coming back down to Earth Tiffany? Please don’t have any kids!

And the reason for the green background shade changing is?

I would take 8 seconds in a movie. 8 more than so far!

Does anyone believe Tiff will eventually grow up. She should after making all these mistakes.

There’s a comment here every single day about “WHY DOES THE BACKGROUND COLOR KEEP CHANGING UHHHH”

You guys realize the strip would be visually boring as hell if the background was the same color fill or gradient in every panel, right? Seriously. Picture it. Or break out MSPaint and check for yourself.

It’s not a continuity error, it’s added for visual interest and to reflect the tone of the character in that panel. Color can be powerful.

Knowing how deeply this would hurt his friend, regardless of what a dipsht she is, as the financier he could have and should have stopped them from cutting those scenes.

Tiffany has ambition and while she is a narcissist, that is exactly what it takes to be a movie star. that and the ability to handle rejection. i think Tiffany actually shows more promise than most in this one particular area. she will become an actress and probably will always have other sorts of problems… successful or not, who knows, but at least give her credit for trying!

Same thing happened to Kevin Costner in the Big Chill. All his scenes went on the cutting room floor.

Yeah. Thick side burns.In high school, a classmate of mine was able to grow a full, lush beard when he was 14. Exceptional, perhaps, but not unknown.

I’ve been an extra in a couple of movies and it’s about an 8 second shot for each one. I still have gloating rights and I got paid! Nobody seems to like Elwood. We know very little about him. I like the mystery of him and TJ.
