Kinky. And just when we’d hoped David was going to be realistic. Well, maybe it’ll save her when she gets into trouble (and we know she will).

This is not gonna turn out well. Unless Broadway’s goal is to make costumed crimefighters look like fools in the eyes of the public, and he only intends to humiliate them. He does seem to dislike “costumes”.

At least they have the sense to wear Kevlar. I don’t expect their weapons are going to be much use against guns, though.

Spear gun & sword vs firearms = FAIL

The best way to deal with people like this is to ignore them. All they are trying to do is get a rise out of people. if we give them NO attention sooner or later they will get tired of trying and just fade into the history of this board.

Today we got a glimpse of “Chekov’s gun.” Though I’m not fond of the plots underway right now, I am VERY happy with the pacing.

Flag the racist troll.………………………………………..Kevlar at best is a risky protection. Recently in Chicago a cop was badly wounded when a gunshot slipped in under the shoulder-opening of his vest. And even at their best, older versions of bullet-resistant (not “bullet-proof”!) vest are no guarantee of survival. I still fear for simple Stephanie, and although David is more realistic, she may sweep him along in this folly….

Top of the mornin’ fellow Tracyphiles

    One comments on her face

    Another about her race

Who are we to sit and judge

To whom Cupid gives a nudge

“Love, twue love” is hard to find

Of appearance, it gives no mind

It matters not if your gay or straight

It’s all in the hands of fate

To find someone with which to spend your life

Through joyous days and those of strife

Is simply a wonderment to me

And I say just let it be.

They will be tracked down and their home will be blown up. Their happiness will turn to tragedy. Or… maybe only one of them will be killed, and the other will become so consumed with vengeance, they become the scourge of the city.

“If in Act I you have a pistol hanging on the wall, then it must fire in the last act.”

Thus, a Kevlar vest given for Christmas must eventually catch a bullet. Here’s hoping it saves the Piranha’s life.

I think he intends to make fools of them and kill them.

________________________________I don’t know if Broadway’s motivation is to kill them but I think he certainly wants to set them up to take the fall for his crimes.

As others have said, the reference to kevlar tells us Cinn and BP will probably be facing gunfire soon. Here’s hoping the two lovable knuckleheads survive and get out of the costume business once and for all.

She really is ole horseface. Love is blind, one can see that david loves her. In panel 1 she doesn’t look all that bad. If she doesn’t get killed off maybe Joe can draw a nice hairdo on her, give her a makeup makeover if they even do that. it’s all in fun and I love it.

Yes! More wonderfulness: Peabody’s Improbable History, Fractured Fairy Tales and Aesop & Son. All part of the classic Rocky and Bullwinkle Show. And who can forget “Bullwinkle’s Corner, featuring the dimwitted moose attempting to inject culture into the proceedings by reciting (and acting out) poems and nursery rhymes, inadvertently and humorously butchering them.” Who might have been warped and inspired by such glorious nonsense, I wonder…

…….so now the Pirahna has kevlar….but does the Knight? Because it would be ironic if he ends up getting killed, wouldn’t it?. Also…..why does everybody make fun of poor Stephanie just because she’s not a beauty queen? It’s not like she’s ugly, either…plus she looks in good shape, has a nice personality, seems a very caring person and obviously must have some other things going for her as well but (this is a family newspaper, lol) to attractthe kind of guy she did People make soooo much of looks, looks, looks nowadays…….you have to be really good looking for a lot ofd jobs where in actuality it shouldn’t make a bit of difference…….like reading the news, etc
