The lunatic RFK Jr. would be laughed out of even Doonesbury let alone real life, if there were justice.

Ah—the old “what’s-in-it-for-me” attitude, which hasn’t changed in 20+ years!

Today is Valentine’s Day—a holiday of love. So, I’ll just let my loathing of Trumpty-Dumpty slide for today. I hope you’re not disappointed. ;-)

    Hello Everyone  1 day ago

College athletes get lots of money and perks these days. – And they should! The schools make way too much money off their labor.

Listen, kid. The basket of coeds and bottle of Courvoisier are up to you. What I’m telling you is that if you win this one for Walden, then you will be able to achieve them.

I could have done with one Coed and a bottle of water in my room, when I was at college.

How naive – back in the day when college athletics was truly amateur. There for the love of money go we all!

Winning will bring the coeds and hints to the right boosters will bring the Courvoisier V.S.O.P. Such has it’s always been.

“Do it for the love of the game” Both NIL and the transfer portal have made it down to High Schools and according to OSSAA* What High School athletes play is now a business decision. How much can they make from NIL Boosters. Will Boosters be able to buy enough stars to win the state championship. Only time will tell

    *OSSAA=Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association

I notice the Nike swoosh.. surprised it, being a TM isn’t an infringement. I know it might have been commentary or satire back in the day but isn’t commercial endorsement commonplace now?

GARRY—-PLEASE get hold of the complete statement Trump issued when he “took over” the Kennedy Center.

Not only is it ripe for satire, it’s absolute proof that the man belongs in a mental institution

Sure, love of the game, that’s where it all starts. But I’m reminded of this bit of advice about it not ending there: “You get a lot more with a kind word and a gun than you do with a kind word alone.” —Al Capone

Not in this day and age, I worked 40 hours a week and paid for all my meals and housing to get through college. And now there are athletes making 2 and 3 million a year, in college. They can make more in college than they can in professional sports. And they don’t have to worry about rent or being able to eat breakfast in the morning.
