I bet this is right inside the door and he has barely moved.

My husband, as well as me, hates clothes shopping as well. So I will mostly order clothes for us online, as that is less stressful for both of us. I do buy socks and underwear in regular shops, as we don’t have to try those on in a cramped fitting room.

Oh for heaven’s sake! Ralph’s dream, to never have to wear anything different!

I’m planning on a trip to Mall of America this summer. Eager to see how many shops have survived since the pandemic. (yeah, it’s been a while!)

I went shopping with my then GF. Hit the first store, found four pairs of acceptable slacks and bought them. She totally freaked! So, we checked seven other stores and they all had the same tiny Men’s section with the same “selection” of slacks. She spent about five times as much time in the women’s section of each store and didn’t buy anything. I think she realized why men hate clothes shopping so much.

One of my faves from a sitcom long ago. The wife is clothes shopping with the hubby, who, of course, is bored out of his mind. A voice hails him from one of the floor racks of clothes. He goes in and finds a man cave where all the hubbies are hiding out.

Five of each, please…

My FWOB shops a lot at Value Village. Surprising what lightly worn things people toss. She always manages to bring me some nice things

“Stumbling” Shoes

That’s a pretty good one!

I like to go shopping to see what’s out there in fashion and current trends, etc. if I see something I like I check it out on the internet. Since I saw it in person I got a sense of size and fit so online ordering is less a guess, and usually a saving. What I really get out of shopping is walking, and people watching.

In another three weeks sweat pants will go to the closet until next winter where I am. I think I have more shorts than long pants in my closet.
