I love this! Did this to my mother at about the same age. Came to see her after I had a nightmare, scared her awake and she scared me back by screaming! 55 years later we still laugh about it!

I have the sixth-sense feeling at times that someone is watching me. I wake up and see it’s my wife looking in my direction, still asleep but with one eye open.

About 60 years ago the little brother of my friend got up in the night to pee. He was groggy, took a wrong turn, and peed in his sister’s ear!

This will eventually graduate to Lizz offering “bad dream comfort”—-don’t wake up Mom,but Lizz never gets angry

If this oops baby April had been conceived in the US in 2023, John and Elly could be excused as they had no “reproductive health options”. But this is Canada, so they are fully at fault.

I think the most surprising thing is that April is in Elizabeth’s room and actually has a place on the floor to crawl not covered in trash. The last time we saw Elizabeth’s room, back on Thursday August 24, 2023, the room was very messy. This floor is shockingly clean compared to the usual Elizabeth room.

From Lynn’s Comments: When I was working at the medical school, one of the artists had been doing a detailed illustration of a head with a cutaway section that exposed the brain, neck and oral cavity. I crawled into his studio, and when he wasn’t looking, put my head (like April is doing here) on his drafting table. I had never before heard a man scream like that!
