Doesn’t the house where Mike and Weed are living have a washer/dryer? Or do the girls monopolize them?? BTW, will Elly blow her stack upon learning her son is sharing a house with two girls?
SPOILER ALERT: Weed is a “poor little rich boy”. Most likely, he’ll be spending the holidays with the household servants while his parents are off to their annual jaunt in Europe.
One of my former communities provided residents with big garbage bags emblazoned with, “Keep Poke-a-Potato Clean!” I saw those garbage bags in airports 1500 miles away!
I wasn’t allowed to bring my laundry home, so I did it at school before the Christmas/New Year’s break so I wouldn’t have to do it after I got back to school. Doing laundry during my undergrad years was never a bad thing. There were always girls in the laundromat, either on campus or off, so I always got to meet and chat with them. None of the encounters ever led anywhere for me, though.
What ever “one” is! Why cannot people say, “Have a safe trip” or “Have a good day” or “Have a good time” instead of “one” – - – who knows what they mean by that? “Have a good accident?” “Have a good fall?” Too much is left to a person’s interpretation. This ends my gripe!

One of the “extras” my university provided was laundry service. It wasn’t cheap; so people rationed their dirty clothes.

I never brought laundry. In fact, I used to launder on Friday nights. The place was nearly deserted in State College the years I was at Penn State.

My daughters do their own laundry before they leave college to come home.

Take your own garbage to the laundromat, boy-o.

I never brought laundry home from college and would do what I’d had packed for the break just before going back.

If this was animated, can you imagine what Michael would sound like with that swelled cheek? Probably like it is stuffed with cotton.

He’s renting a house, wouldn’t the house have an washer/dryer?

They don’t have laundry rooms or washers n’ dryers at college??

This is totally unrealistic. No college boy separates whites and colors.
