The difference between the two scenarios is that you have a pro/coach calling the shot for the best chance to win the game in the first scenario. In the scenario you will usually have an idiot governor deciding who gets the shot in his or her state, usually based on politics…..
Well, I know of this one team where the coach in chief says that he does not give a sh!t whether anyone gets a shot or not, but in any case, “I don’t take responsibility for ANY of it.”
