How the heck is the restaurant supposed to know how his mother made her meatloaf? Did Jon take in her recipe? Will the staff throw them out? That would be the next panel……..
My husband once made a beef stew that came out an absolutely disgusting shade of green. His father & I were hesitant to try it – heck, so was he – but it was easily the best-tasting beef stew I’ve ever had.

In my life, I’ve been served burgers where the meat is a little green, the lettuce a little brown.

Jon has finally revealed himself as a complete cretin. Meatloaf is sooo easy to make, just don’t forget the mirepoix. It’s worth the extra work.

With all the lasagna he cooks, you’d think he’d do better.
