Tiki would be ineligible in Missouri. The rule states that “A student may be eligible at the public or nonpublic school located in the district in which the student’s parents reside.” Since Tiki’s parents don’t reside at the phony Milford apartment, Tiki can’t play.

Oh for the love of peacocks, enough with the eligibility already. Ask the kid why he had to leave New Thayer!

What Gil? If technically the hypothetical star point guard was in the same situation and it was considered legal, then what difference does it make whether or not you’re okay with it?

Once again, R&W are missing key points. It’s not up to Gil to figure it out; it’s up to the school administration. Now that Gil knows the details, his obligation is to report it to the school, not this “jury’s still out” bull***t…..
