Coming Soon 👀 At the beginning of April, you’ll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
This story arc is one of the worst. It took Gil months to see Gregg can’t see . But Gregg can see well enough to consistently throw a baseball across a 17-inch wide home plate 60’ 6" away !!! Bring back the golf ringer !!!
It’s almost story morph time! Now, remember you have to come up with a lame story arc, preferably something we all know. I’ll go first. After correcting his vision, Greggg is often seen at the tennis court, and we get Priscilla and John
Hmmm, I’ve never heard of a fungus growing on someone’s eye. You’d think if it were fuzzy, someone would have noticed and made fun of old Furry Eye.
P2.5 “Ohhhhhh….so that’s why you have been wearing dark glasses, using that white and red cane and always have your dog with you, isn’t Greggggg?”
The Question of the day is why is Greggs dad hiding from cameras? Second question is why was Gregg hiding his vision problems? Question #3-do we go straight on to another lame story arc-which the authors have done in the past without ever providing an ending for the various sub plots in this arc, or milk it for the next couple of weeks?
So the dad risked everything coming out in public like this. And we advanced his mysterious hiding himself plot by absolutely nothing. And speaking of nothing, don’t let nothing stop you from reading today’s Mopped Up Thorp.
“And, Gil, I was looking at the scorebook, and though Scooter has a lot of pep and spirit, he hasn’t reached base all season.” “Wait, what, we keep a book?”

Coach, what you been doing
I still love you like I did
You know, nothing’s really changed here
But being the way I am
I keep it hid

He hid it well if you discount the fact he couldn’t field his position, but what coach would pick up on that?
chiphilton almost 3 years ago
Gil looks far more amused than sympathetic about the whole situation.
