If you look at the last x presidents, there is one common factor (except that you are a rich male criminal of course). Lying. But, the game he plays is an excellent training for that, so go for it. (Okay, this message is a bit serious, but I think it’s also funny. )

All politicians are scum. Some are scummier than others.

Expect the mud-slinging and lies in the ads. But then ask yourself, which party relies on paranoia, ignorance, fear and hate as its platform.

This is almost a re-cycle of a previous cartoon. The punchline in that one was something like: “No I did’nt say I was going to go straight. I said I was thinking of running for Congress.” Besides a waaay better wardrobe, the characters in both ’toons really, reaaaallly need a shave. (Except for the guy with his feet in a tub of concrete in the earlier ’toon!)

I kinda, sorta, almost suspect that the date of the earlier cartoon also had a single digit date in November…..

“[S]ome of the most terrible things in the world are done by people who think, who genuinely think, that they’re doing it for the best, especially if there’s some god involved.” Terry Pratchett.

A pretty good summation of the Right’s interpretation of Machiavelli’s “the ends justify the means.” The problem arises from the “ends” not always being what was intended.

Is that Chris Christie? Mob boss Governor of NJ?

Since Trump didn’t want him in his administration, and he’s used up his term limits for Governor, I guess he has to run for Senate now. No term limits there! He can peddle his influence for the rest of his life.
