although tethered by a chain to a belt loop, looks kind of like my wallet: thick

But if you leave it out in the open, Opal will find it and make like Jane Jetson hoovering up funding for a shopping spree!

If the wallet is too thick it can really make your rear hurt if you sit on it at any length of time. That’s what I found.Good idea to store the seldom used credit cards at home and keep it as thin as possible.

If it’s like my wallet, it is mostly full of store discount cards, and a few dollars.

If all he does all day is sit around at home — why does he need his wallet in his pocket?

I never carry anything in a back pocket (phone, wallet, etc.). uncomfortable at best.

At my buddy’s (Jim’s) funeral, his best friend gave the eulogy with Jim’s super thick wallet in hand, explaining that everything in the wallet was an indication of all the different things Jim was involved in.

My chiropractor told me to stop putting my wallet in my back pocket. Evidently, over time, it will cause problems with the spine.

A wallet in the house? Not since I retired at 57 in 2K. And I thinned it way out. And when I go to pick up take out dinner, I wear my sweats and have to add a comb in the fold to keep it from falling out.

Funny… leaning against the window while sitting in my car is MY signal that I FORGOT to grab my wallet before heading out!!

That and pickpockets is why I keep mine in my front pocket…well, that and the fact that sweatpants don’t got back pockets.

I carry my “credit card and 50s” wallet in my front pocket. I carry my “checkbook and small bills” wallet in my back pocket, chained to my belt-loop. Started doing that when I was working on roofs a lot and kept having to go fetch my wallet out of a gutter or hunt it down on the ground after it worked its way out. The chain fixed that, and as long as I needed it chained, I got one long enough to hold my checkbook too. That was probably close to 50 years ago. I’ve still got the original, though I did have it resewn once.
