I gave it my best effort hon. If you don’t like it you can always go do it yourself.

As much as cleaning the bathrooms is one of my grocery store employ duties, I don’t do much of a good job either, but should do it when the time comes. I just mostly check if new soap, towels, or TP is in need of restocking. Ladies’ room is a little harder is it takes a while longer in order to wait for the all the patrons therein to exit and more go in.

Opal didn’t specify the guidelines.

“Is it cleaner than it was?”

“Really? Uh, we got other problems too then.”

What, did he forget the magazines?

But he put the lid down too. Doesn’t that count for anything?

I don’t think most people like cleaning the bathroom!

Anybody who’s ever changed a diaper can handle cleaning the bathroom. But note that “can” and “wants to” are entirely distinct.

As a woman, hate going into a handicapped stall in a woman’s restroom and having to fish out somebody’s Depends. Some women seem to feel they can flush anything down a toilet. Aargh!

I you do not appreciate the pine tree air freshener in the bathroom, you do not want to know what else he did in there.

Push the button, pull the drain, there goes Pepsi down the drain - along with that fake pine scent which I pitched out the window after 6 hours in the car in the ’50s.

Opal make a list for Earl of what needs done in the reading room ;-)

Oy! Earl is not cooperating….he does the minimum asked…

When Earl has his buddies over for poker will Opal clean the bathroom first? I didn’t think so.

I first saw Crane’s signature as a giant spider web.

Separate bathrooms, Opal. That’s a huge help for a marriage. They’ve managed to share this long though.

If they are her friends she should be the one cleaning the bathroom.

Sure it is. That’s my story & I’m sticking to it.

I hope Opal isn’t thinking that Earl is a professional cleaner. The guy thinks that SHE should be doing all this “cleaning” stuff. I had parents just like this and my dad used to watch while my mother did all the work housecleaning. Very depressing to think how this hasn’t really changed in 2020!

Oh Great!! Now I have been reminded that I was really going to clean the bathroom today : (

Yup, definitely should have gone with a second air freshener!

Lets see bowl clean. check, sink clean. Check, smell. Hang this little fella here. DONE!!!!
