Good thing Nelson was wearing black sox. I have to use white-out when I get a hole, and that stuff’s getting harder and harder to find!

It will be interesting when Opal finds out about this. :)

I just spray paint my feet black instead of socks. A lot less laundry.

Reminds me of a Mutt & Jeff strip from the 1970s. Jeff complained that all his socks had holes in them. Mutt decided to play a joke on him, telling him: “The hole is on the outside, Jeff. Try turning them inside out. Maybe the inside doesn’t have a hole.” Mutt is laughing silently as Jeff takes his advice. Then he’s dumbfounded when it works.

Now all he has to do is line it up next time. I have to admit, Earl may be a genius, even if would be on a Bizzaro World.
