Usually, it is the woman that tries to make nice after spending a bundle on that new outfit.

Considering that HE earned it, I think he should have some say in how it is spent. Opal never worked a day in her life.

Seriously. Stop looking in to my life. this is getting spooky how often what shows up in this comic and my actual life.

When hubby acts this way he’s looking to help me save up energy for something a little extra :)

It would serve Opal right if Earl is completely innocent because it would be a long time before she could complain again about his behavior.

You know Opal, you complain about him NOT helping. Just sit back and enjoy your relaxation time. I didn’t realize she was so paranoid.

I sometimes put on an apron before washing my big, awkward fridge picture so I don’t splash my front, but why is Earl wearing one to vacuum, do laundry, and iron?
