In Earl’s defense. Something that needs to be dry cleaned shouldn’t be in the laundry hamper.

Dry clean is a lie! They WET the clothes!

It’s a scam! Big tech and big pharma just want your money and organs and are in cahoots with big government!

If that sweater is Opal’s, time to say bye-bye thereto once Earl unintentionally destroys it.

That’ll get Earl of laundry detail permanently.

Earl, I backed you though thick and thin…but this is mean!

Well, he messed up the microwave oven yesterday, otherwise he would logically have put it there with some Tide, maybe (what would have happened?) Earl seems to be working his incompetence through a series of household appliances.

kind of blows the stereotype that Men don’t read instructions. . .But Earl lives up to not paying attention to them.

Earl is going to pay for this later.

That’s right, you show them Earl!

And, when Opal sees this, Earl will be the next one to “learn the harsh reality of living in this house”!

Go ahead and wash it, Earl. Then dry it on high heat. Maybe after that Nelson can wear it.

What that meant is that the sweater could either be dry or it could be clean.

Now that I am retired, I only wear “wash and wear” clothes. Mostly sportswear. I do have a few hand wash items (dressy clothes and figure skating costumes). Big deal. A little Woolite and air drying…. no biggie. Wool? Fleece is the new wool. And not scratchy, either!

And cue ominous music…

and soon he won’t be doing laundry anytime soon again. :J

Doing a job poorly is often enough to get out of ever doing it again.

The only thing I ever sorted out was my work jeans, because they got an added splash of Simple Green to get the oil out.

Retired people should split the housework otherwise one person never gets to retire. 50/50!

I have some “dry clean only” clothes and it’s in the washer or in the trash.
