Sad. So very, very sad.

Times were different back then, kids. Especially when you saw men wearing sheets.

Things have not changed. Kids are still kids. I have kids mad at me because I don’t honk at them when they get off the bus! I would but they don’t “ask” and I don’t want to P off the neighbors!

One Halloween when I was a kid, I went Trick-or-Treating and lost all my candy due to a hole in my bag. My aunt bought me a whole bag to replace it.

Well this seemingly innocent strip has sure awakened some zombies!

Yes, Wilbur, back in the pre-Casper days, ghosts were scary. Though, now, you have Alien creatures like the Gorn which are much more frightening.

Halloween is definitely one of the days I wish I lived where it’s warmer. Costumes and snowsuits don’t always go together very well.

Sheets worn back then were a warning sign to surrender your candy to me or else. Bwa ha ha ha,….

Unless you take after Charlie Brown and have so many holes in the sheet that it looks like a piece of Swiss cheese.

In some ways, it was a simpler time; in other’s not so much.
