I say old! Dang, it’s old when you’re sick with something different every time you look. Knees hard to bend and back kills you.

It hurts in places you didn’t know you had when you were younger. I’m seventy.

it’s ok to get old, just don’t get ripe (smelling). bathing gets harder as you get older but peoples eyes shouldn’t water when you get near

Depends on the day Wilberforce. Some days Uncle Ted feels pretty good and most of his parts work well with little discomfort. Other days, just the reverse.

Don’t call yourself “old.” Think of yourself as having “successfully aged.”

I started feeling old when my beard went gray. But, I didn’t feel really old till I got osteoarthritis in my knees. But, we all change with age. Even Wilbur might start feeling older since he probably can’t put his big toe in his mouth any more.

Old age implies an inability to do things. However, our accumulated wisdom from our lives allows us to avoid those things that we don’t need to do and to put our energy into those things that we want to do and to recognize the difference which is really what is important in life……

He is definitely young at heart and that is a great life lesson for Wilberforce. Speaking of alternate ways to look at life, I read an article the other day where the author related that his wife suggested to him that he should work harder at being less not thin.

I never intend to dwell on getting old, or even older. I just hope that I do. I see nothing wrong or embarrassing about doing what comes naturally. It is, however, hard to watch the dogs I have had, plus the current one, get older faster.
