Surely a commercial building has some documentation available with all the specs and measurements. The secretary knows how to find something like that. Not surprised her boss doesn’t.
Boss, just follow Trump’s example and lie. The New York papers once printed verbatim one of his press releases which lied about the height of his newly constructed building. He figured that nobody would go to the building and actually count the number of floors, and he was right.

It would be easier to learn trigonometry. You just need a 100ft. tape, an inclinometer and a keen awareness of traffic.

There’s an app for that! Stand back, point to the top & click, point to the bottom & click. Gives you height of object. My tallest pine tree is 92 ft.

Being resourceful, she got that big monkey to measure the building for her.

Aw, someone’s worried his building isn’t the tallest anymore. Talk about insecure.

Yes sir. I’ll hold this end and you jump out the window. That’s silly, stand under the window and I’ll just toss it down to you.

“That’s a pretty big job, and will take a while. See you in a week.”
