Nasty, ugly things. Probably thought up by the guy who invented mosquitos, too.

There’s no compelling reason to eat those voluntarily. I only ever ate them under duress, and they came right back up. That’s one way to make your parents take your feelings seriously. Ruined the tablecloth too.

Blanched, chilled and tossed in a salad with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.

I violently hated them until I tried them this way. It changed everything for me and sprouts. Delicious.

Roast them in a little bit of bacon fat. You’ll change your tune.

They’re mini cabbages. I love cabbage in stir fries and other dishes

Shredded Brussels sprouts, chopped kale, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans with maple syrup and yogurt dressing is incredibly tasty. This salad is a favorite in Cracker Barrel.

Put your wife on the couch. She’s the one who doesn’t know how to prepare Brussels sprouts.

He’s thinking of a new sport, Brussels sprouts ball. As a follow-up to pickelball.

I’m sure there’s ways to prepare Brussels sprouts to make them palatable, but it was ruined for me as a kid. The frozen sprouts were thawed out in boiling water. You could still taste the freezer burn.
