Today’s strip is a good summation of everything I love about this comic: There’s always some hilarious antics happening everywhere all at once!

woah that bus is huge! the bus im on is way smaller and has way more ppl so its a crowded mess but at least we get to school on time

I liked the controlled chaos in this comic strip, then Amelia over here throwing an American Football to the driver.

Any chance of solving that ‘hangman’ puzzle seems furtile.

So much to love here! ❤️ But my favorite is the wrong guess of O on the hangman game.

Outstanding art, and though while not the actual Starship Enterprise, imaginations can still run wild and they can actually be the same from generations many, many years apart. The smell, good or bad, will also be a part of that memory. To infinity and beyond……

If that stupid football hits the driver and causes the bus to crash it will be his fault. One reason not to be a school bus driver.

As in life, we’re all on the same bus.Somehow, the future is in good hands. I’m ok with not knowing how it turns out.

I love these Sunday strips with so much to find. I wonder whether there is a title panel in the real papers?

WHAT A FABULOUS STRIP!!! Rock, paper, scissors; hangman; studying; napping; music; seagull snack; rolling pencil; and monsters under the seat !!! How long did it take to come up with this list Will ?!?!?

i lived in a rural area. I was at the start of the run and the last kid dropped off. I daydreamed about jumping my horse over all the fences, hedges and creeks. Riding through the cattle and sheep. Good times. Thanks for the pleasant memories.

World’s biggest school bus

WOW, this needs to be blown up — i.e. expanded, framed, and hung in the Gallery of Great Comic Strip Art!

I love that Wallace and the BUS DRIVER are imagining the bus flying (Pew!) through space. And I bet the kid guessing “O” should have guessed “A” (snicker, snicker). And… oh everything is great. I remember some school bus rides that weren’t so pleasant, so this has a therapeutic feel to it. Then again, I could be the kid that just got bonked.

My own personal favourite is poor paranoid Spud! Only he could worry about trolls (?) under a school bus seat.

That was fun.

Everyone is their own little world, sometimes connecting with others and other times, adrift in their own thoughts.

uh oh… it appears the bus driver is asleep…

this is how bus rides used ta be. just ye and ya frens just whiling time. sitting kneed on seats and talking, fighting for the aisle seat. that was like 2 yrs ago, but it feels like a decade away.

every time i look back at the picture, i see something new!
