I have lived in and visited many countries around the world and have eaten many things from uni and unagi to poutine and pavlova. Today I am having okonomiyaki Hiroshima style for lunch and will substitute salmon for the tako (octopus) because I can’t get it here. But, nope, no monkey please.

I’ve been to some places around the world, including parts of Africa where it was best not to inquire too closely about what you were eating.
