I count 6 cats, but Ludwig isn’t among them. Looks like they finished the tub of KFC, can’t tell about the wine, the Solo cups and beer can are presumably empty, but I see they left one piece of pizza!

An outdated and long-disproven belief. It was based on observations of European wildcats, but the modern housecat is descended from African wildcats, who live in colony groups and are extremely social. They’re not pack animals like dogs or humans, but that just means they don’t hunt as a group. They cuddle, groom each other, communally care for kittens, and bring back extra kills to help feed pregnant, nursing, or sick members of the colony. This is why cats bring dead or half-dead animals into the house, it’s not that they think you’re an incompetent kitten, they’re just making sure that everyone is fed, even those who didn’t have a great hunt last night.

Must have been one heck of a party!
