    Who knew they had Super Glue® back then. That must be the case as there was nothing else holding that raft together. No ropes/vines or anything. Must have been glue.

    Personally, I prefer sailing on a boat rather than hang gliding, or any kind of flying. If the sails or boat motor are damaged you still have a better chance of survival than an airplane motor quitting in flight.

    No. I took hypnotherapy lessons with another student who was confined to a wheelchair. She had been an actress. When her hang glider stalled, she tried to protect her face and broke her neck. She still went to auditions but …
