Nonsense. If the word “failure” was not in Ensign Kenny’s vocabulary, he wouldn’t know to say it.

Up to now, Ensign Kenny also didn’t know the meaning of “fear.”

Perhaps the words “unsafe work environment” should find their way into Ensign Kenny’s vocabulary.
