This would mean Calvin has been a terror since he was born,

We once owned a house in a neighborhood that was great when we moved in. Then, the neighbors from hell moved next door, and when we put our house up for sale, I was praying that people wouldn’t look at it when the neighbors were having a loud party, which they had very frequently. We were able to sell the house within a month, so I guess people must have looked when it was relatively quiet.
