How convenient! (In best Church Lady voice.) Seriously, though, I am still at a loss to understand how a 70-year old cold case can “suddenly” find resolution. As I suggested in my comments on previous days, it’s hard to see Sweatbox as a viable perp, yet that would appear to be the set-up we’re getting….
Love today’s art, and the direction this story is heading. The internment camps are one of the bleakest parts of US history, and I wonder how many readers won’t believe they really existed.
Given that Tracy said it looked like an open and shut case, I’m guessing that the wrong person was originally convicted of the crime (Sweatbox?) and now they’ve found a confession from someone else.
Happy Birthday, Joe – from a long-time fan!I used to buy any title your work appeared in, and I’m very glad you’re now the artist on Dick Tracy! (And no, not because I can now see your stuff free on the internet. That IS a plus, though…)

Lee is so sexy, and is that a smile on DT? Not that often does DT put on a happy face.

You’re replying to Gweedo Murray’s comment:
He and Mister Weatherbee are old pals.^^Which explains why Weatherbee never married

Turning to Washington DC for answers will only result in an Executive Order sealing up the files.
