Hmm. The vain old thespian has thrown a spanner into the works.Is Vitamin being serious? What on earth did have in mind, if he really knew he was being scammed? $300k (plus pending add-ons) isn’t just small change!

I think Vitamin is a heck of a lot smarter than you people are giving him credit for.

Hmmm…Maybe Vitamin knew it was a scam and wanted to pretend to buy the film and call Tracy the day the purchase was to be made. The perfect Sting operation.

I think Vitamin really wants the film and resents Tracy coming in. So, he throws Tracy a curve. Why else would he call his money man in?

Maybe he does. But the problem with trying to trick criminals is that they’re far better at it than you or me – or, I will venture, Vitamin Flintheart. It’s a good thing he’s talking to Tracy about it. I’m sure that the great detective can come up with a much better – and safer – plan.

Vitamin may indeed be aware it’s a scam and wish to entrap Silver, and his henchwoman sister. But my thoughts is, he should have also gone to the police, and especially Tracy /first/.

Mikeyj is more fortunate than I was in the length of time that he knew his father. Mine passed on shortly after my 11th birthday. That doesn’t appear (to me) to be a lot of time for father-son bonding

JPW, I’m sorry to hear that you lost your dad at such an early age. That really stinks! I was 22 when my dad left us but emotional I was much younger. Grief is processed differently by each and every one of us. While logic says you’re right, both of us lost our dads at such young age logic means nothing when you’re suffering such a heavy loss. Only time, family, faith and a strong support system can bring about healing.

What ever happened to his wife Snowflake Falling? Has she been mentioned since the 40’s?
