Tiff wanted to pass out the fliers too I bet.

Boy, “Quill!” thinks Tiff just wants a flier… he doesn’t even realize that if it were up to her, possibly most of the “tracking down” work of finding people could have already been done… and he doesn’t realize that he has an addiction to matching printing colors with his shirts. And that “seafoam” green is lighter than “Dartmouth” green… – And Bern doesn’t know that “Quill!” thinks that she’ll be able to get a bunch of people, cos of what she told Lu at that party, that she was “the coolest girl on campus”! She also doesn’t know that that blouse has a bunch of spots on it… – And Tiff doesn’t know that Bern told Lu that she (not Tiff) was the “coolest”.. Boy, would she flip! And she also doesn’t know that those are words on that flier… that’s why she’s squinting so hard…..

Looks like some kind of a small container…maybe used for food? And, shouldn’t that ferret be housed somewhere else by now?! ;)

It’s really that mostly when he heard Luann mention “she knows a lot of people”, that “Quill!” only heard it as: “she knows a lot of people..” and seemingly added in his own mind: "….that will want to come see my play and that means she can also help me do something that benefits me "…

I like the cool-green color today…this room down here is painted a light pale green…very relaxing! The theme is tropical… ;)

Since Tiffany is a drama student, just like Quill, I suspect she already knows about this off-campus school play.

Luann is not attending any of her remedial classes at Pitts Community College , and Quill hasn’t been attending ANY classes, it seems.I think our lovebirds will be united in academic suspension just before Quill ’s student visa is revoked.

Tiffany may have nothing to do with this production. She well might regard a play (apparently organized and staged all in the course of one week) that is performed in a warehouse, using sets designed by a freshman at a junior college with no training, to be too amateurish to be of interest.

The best put-down ever.

Wow Quill, here Tiffany comes in perfectly friendly, to volunteer to help and doesn’t make a pass at you and you get snarky. You’re too full of yourself boy!

Oh Yeah, By ALL Means Let Bernie Pass Out Those Fliers to the “Folks” SHE’S Mow “Connected” With, Pretty-Boy.

You’re Gonna End Up with a BUNCH of Rowdy, NON-PAYING, Freeloading Party Monkeys Trashing the Joint, and one Star-Headed DRUNK Guy Sleeping It Off in the Orchestra Pit.

So they’re so hard up that they need help covering costs, etc etc. Instead of appreciating any help they can get, Quill decides to act like a dick. Got it.

Is this a dorm or a flop house. No doors closed and anybody walks in. Actually but Bernice and Tiff are living the same lie. The friends are all of the mysterious Dez.

Ruh Roh! Quill, I think you better come up with quite a few more flyers for Tiff, or you might have some issues soon. Rememer, TIff is majoring in “DRAMA!” You dis her here, and…… <shudders>

Of course, we don’t know what is happening with Quill and Sweet Cheeks Mrs. Berger.

Bernice is feeding the ferret a cup of guinea pig food because you can’t buy ferret food in California where ferrets are not allowed.

You’d think…

Bern looks a little distressed that Quill is leaning on her to help him out. More infringement on her time – what with studying, parties, doing favors for Dez’ friends, etc. But she realizes that Quill just made a faux pas giving Tiff just ONE flier. She’s wondering what kind of explosion will be forthcoming…

And tomorrow we will all see steam flowing from Tiffany’s ears as she informs both Quill and Bernice that she, Tiffany, is the person who is ‘connected’ (meaning ‘in touch with lots of people’), since Bern just happened to be in the right place when a party happened and didn’t set it up herself. -Of course, Tiffany herself is not yet ‘connected’ ,but that’s ok…

Are we going to be stuck with HALLOWEEN FOR A month LIKE WE WERE WITH THE STUPID DORM-ROOM PARTY THEME?

Quill is playing the innocent dupe today. Luann was misled by Bernice, and Quill by Luann. So he believes Bernice is connected and well-placed to publicize the play. What he doesn’t know, as he politely offers Tiffany a copy of the flier, is that neither Bernice nor Tiffany is really so connected as yet at Moony Uni; the unseen Dez is really the person with a ton of friends on campus!

Well, Tiff only has one to throw in the trash!

Less than one week to get the play together and sets haven’t been designed nor built, actor/stage manager is lounging (with a non-student) in the prop room of the theatre where the production ISN’T going to be staged, it’s single performance is scheduled on a big (Friday) party night in competition with whatever Tiffany has planned (party games and no booze).AND you’re only just now handing out publicity fliers.This is just a little Too Much “suspension of belief”.If I want that, I’ll read ZITS (where I suspect Knute is hanging out.)

Please, no Toni and Brad storyline, especially if Shannon is in it. I had rather check in on Rosa and Gunther, and I don’t even like that couple very much.

Only three days until the show! Will Luann get the production done? Will Ms. M pick the actors to star? Will Bern bring in an audience? Will Tiff host her party?*Lots of scary things to happen in 3 short days!

Wow, THAT’S Bernice! When did she get the makeover? I didn’t recognize her.

Q-boy , make nice with Tiff .If Evans doesn’t find a way to meld Quill ‘s play with Tiffany ’s party (a la “Rocky Horror Picture Show”), they’re BOTH going to be a bust.

While that may have been the punchline, it’s unlikely Quill openly insulted Tiffany like that, especially if she’s offering to help pass out flyers. My guess is he gave her one flyer because he assumed she was asking for one.

I’m sure that’s what Quill was thinking…. but I think she was definitely thinking that she’d also be passing out the flyers. It gets her face time with the other students and the opportunity to bring them into her fold. Plus, she gets to spin the drama going on in her direction.

What I don’t understand is why Tiffany would have to talk to Quill at all. She’s in the drama department; she should know about the play already, and knowing Tiffany she’d be out promoting it already.

But now she has "official" marketing materials to offer as well, as part of her sales pitch. A picture’s worth 1000 words…. As for Quill, because of their history and her competitive history with Lu, I’m thinking she sees Quill as a tool she can manipulate when either she wants something for herself, or she wants to mess with Lu for a bit.

It has to do with a strip recently, where it looked juuuuust like that… lemme go pull it up…..

It was the strip where the guys think about their post HS lives, and Quill’s was a pic of a marquee with his name in lights, and the show was titled: “Quill!”, just like that….

And since we try to “come up with the characters’ last names”, it (“!”) just seemed to fit…

In any case, Quill just dissed Tiffany by handing her a single flyer as if that were the sum total of her possible involvement in the event, especially when HER idea of helping out would have to do with personal appearances by " Miss Sheraton St. Louis " , or her character from The Eyes of Zeye .Even Bernice recognizes this faux pas on Quill ’s part.

Maybe “Quill” is his last name? Then we should be guessing his given name!

“…the arc of trick-or-treating with Shannon. I imagine it’ll be Sunday’s comic only.” Probably not as Halloween will have come and gone by then… ;)

Tiffany, you need to stop flirting with Quill and pursue something worthwhile. Flirting with acquaintances’ lovers are just going to stir some shit up.
