I seem to recall Raymond belonged to one of the Captain’s girlfriends, and was a bit of an antagonistic con artist at first. No reason why he walks upright and talks, other than “he just does”, I guess.

As the saying goes, the best things in life are free.

I had been under the (perhaps false) impression that Raymond had once been a member of the green crew.

Toonerific….Pulled it up….so that’s what happened……something happened and Ray’s and the pirate’s brains were switched…that’s so funny and we knew Raymond came from the pirate ship but not how he got to be like he is. He was pretty tough and we have never seen the inside of the enemy ship.

I thought he used to belong to the green ship pirates. I don’t know how he ended up with our guys. Chip – can you fill us in?

The kind of breeders who charge $2k for a puppy have ruined many breeds of dog. Go with a rescue instead.

Glad to see Raymond gave up smoking, The strip sure has changed direction, in the beginning they were lootin’ and looking for women, Now they play golf and “play fight” I like them better now!

I sorta prefer the Kingsmen’s “Louie, Louie”.

Nothing more expensive than a free dog, anyway. I’m guessing my 14 1/2 year old girl has cost over $10,000 already, and we’re still counting, and I hope for a long time to come.
